Project Management

Our decision making is done collectively through joint decision making based on the free flow of information between parties and the sharing of accountability for outcomes.

Our business is structured as a worker collective and adheres to non-hierarchical management structure.  This means that all workers are equal co-managers: nobody has complete decision-making power or authority over another worker.  Smaller decisions may be made by individuals, but all collective members participate in major management decisions. There is shared responsibility, accountability, and authentic engagement.

 

All members are involved in creating the vision and are committed to working to achieve that vision. Collective leadership requires trust and transparent effective communication for the success of the whole. Working in collaboration the collective mind is a dynamic and efficient path towards achieving goals.
